After I finished my socks, I wanted to block 'em like the pros. So, I MacGyver'ed up some sock blockers out of wire hangers and electrical tape.
My blocking socks then hung fetchingly in the shower to dry.
This shot of the toe came out quite good, I felt, but it lacks a sense of the true color, which is much more of a deep, foresty green.
A shot of my feet luxuriating in Dream in Color Smooshy yarn, knit in a basic sock pattern. My gauge was a bit loose, and my knitting is not perfect, but these are truly the most magical socks I have ever worn. I can't wait to knit up more, and hopefully improve my sock picture taking skills!
