A New Generation
My mom was a fabulous baker, and I see baking as a heritage and connection to her. We decided to keep the joy of cooking alive in a new generation--chef Lincoln has his own kitchen now!
I love that his kitchen is by your kitchen. So fun to see the next generation of Ellis bakery hard at work. And you may have just been throwing a bone to one of your faithful blog readers, but the chef looks good in his hat!
